TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING AND INVOICING All places are booked on a provisional basis. When numbers of place bookings are sufficiently high to allow for the delivery of the course, you will receive a confirmation email and be invoiced for your place, at this point your booking becomes a firm and legally binding contract. All invoices must be paid prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONS In the case of cancellation by the NNSP you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. In the case of cancellation on the part of the attendee, the following charges will apply; 30 days or more, prior to the event: full refund/no charge. 14-30 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee will be charged. Fewer than 14 days prior to the event: 100% of the fee will be charged. An attendee can send a replacement if necessary provided NNSP are informed and invoice payments remains the same.
